The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate is pending before the Sub Divisional Officer since 29.06.2020. The father is issued with the caste certificate. The petitioner is selected for admission to Navodaya School.

We have heard Mr. Dhongade, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 and the learned A.G.P. for the respondent.

The Sub Divisional Officer (respondent no. 3) shall decide the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate expeditiously and preferably within three (03) weeks from today.
