We have heard Mr. Choukidar, learned counsel for applicant - respondent No. 2 and Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for respondent No. 18 - original petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1 - State.

2. Present civil application is made seeking permission to spend amount of Rs. 44,41,327/- for the purpose of making arrangement to increase electricity load. Security deposit for the same would be Rs. 20,00,000/-. Said increase in load would be necessary as per the applicant.

Considering the aforesaid aspect, we allow the civil application in terms of prayer clause "B". So far as purchase of items and construction work etc. are concerned, the same shall be awarded to the Contractors by e-tender process.
