Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by using interim relief the students were admitted and they have already completed the course. Submission made shows that the matter is still pending in Supreme Court and the Supreme Court had made it clear that during pendency of the matter, it will be AICTE which will be available for grant, approval and extension of approval.

Though the proceeding is still pending in Supreme Court, the purpose of present matter is served and decision of this matter like admission and result in respect of students admitted by the petitioner will be subject to the decision of the Supreme Court.

The Petition is disposed of in above terms.
