The learned counsel submits that the petitioner had filed application for issuance of caste certificate. The application is rejected. The petitioner has filed appeal against the same before the Scrutiny Committee on 17.03.2020, the same is not yet decided. The petitioner has passed 12th Standard examination and further process of admission is in progress.

Considering that the appeal is pending with Scrutiny Committee (respondent no. 2), the respondent no. 2 shall decide the appeal on its

2 wp 6101.20 own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within three (03) weeks. The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 14.09.2020.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
