The present writ petition takes exception to order dated 28.04.2025 passed by respondent No.2 i.e., Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, thereby allowing application filed by respondent No.5 granting stay to disqualification order passed in Grampanchayat dispute.

Learned Advocates appearing for respective parties submit that substantive appeal filed by respondent No.5 is posted on 14.07.2025 for final hearing.

In that view of the matter, instead of delving into merit of the matter following order is passed:

a.

Respondent No.2-Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is requested to hear and decide pending appeal bearing No. 2025/Grampanchayat/Appeal-1/Pr.Kr-14 within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
