Learned A.P.P. pointed out that before filing the present application, Criminal Application No. 3020 of 2014 was filed by present applicant for the same relief i.e. for anticipatory bail. Even the learned counsel for the applicant has annexed the order passed by this Court [Mr.M.T.JOSHI, J.] dated 11/07/2014 at EXH. 'E'. Perusal of the said order shows that this Court extended interim protection for one week to facilitate the applicant to surrender. 2.

Learned A.P.P. submitted that in spite of the said, applicant has not surrendered and the charge sheet is filed u/s 299 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Since the applicant has already taken the advantage of the order of this Court

2 Cr.Apln. 2707.2014 dated 11/07/2014, it was obligatory on his part to comply the said order. Since the applicant has not complied with the order passed by this Court on 11/07/2014, he is dis-entitled to claim any relief from this Court.
