Applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent herein in pursuance of the judgment and order passed by this Court in First Appeal No.203/1997 on 25th August, 2015.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the amount deposited by the respondents is not in accordance with the order passed by this Court. Learned Counsel further submits that liberty may be granted to the applicants to recover the balance amount, if any, by filing appropriate proceedings before the executing Court. Hence, following order:
