PER COURT :- By this Civil Application the appellants seek to bring legal heirs of deceased original appellant No.1 Padmaja Subhash Deshmukh on record. Copy of the death certificate of the deceased is annexed with Civil Application.

We have perused the averment made in the Civil Application. Appellants have made out a case for reliefs in terms of the prayer clause 'B' of the Civil Application. For reasons recorded in the Civil Application Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
