The Civil Applications are filed for withdrawal of the appeals.

Dr.Bharaswadkar, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that as the challenge in the appeals is to the order for an amount less than Rs.20,00,000/- and the policy decision has been taken by the Department

ca6438-2017+2 not to contest the matters below an amount of Rs.20,00,000/-, she is instructed to withdraw the appeals.
