Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company. 2.

Having regard to the contentions raised in the application for withdrawal of the amount and having regard to the grounds of objections raised in the memo of appeal by the appellant Insurance Company in exception to the award impugned in the present appeal, I deem it appropriate to pass following order:

ORDER

1.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount on furnishing surety in the like amount. Civil Application stands disposed of.

2.

Place the appeal for hearing at admission stage on 22nd September, 2016.
