The present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 48 days caused in filing Review Application. The applicant states that he was busy in school for examination and he was obeying order of Education Officer, as he was entrusted with the work of Election.

Though learned Advocates for respondents strongly oppose application, taking into consideration the duration and reasons stated, we take this to be a fit case to condone delay. Hence, we proceed to pass following order:
ORDER
a.
Civil Application stands allowed.
b.
Delay of 48 days caused in filing Review Application is condoned.
c.
Registry is directed to register Review Application. Affidavitin-reply, if any, of respondents be filed within a period of three weeks from today. Copy of the same be given to other side in advance.
d.
Place Review Application for further consideration on 13.06.2025.
