The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that representation of the petitioner for grant of compensation for the loss of the papaya crop is not decided.

Mr. Manorkar, the learned Counsel appears for respondent No.2 and submits that the authority would take decision on its own merits.

In case the application filed by the petitioner (Page No.15) for amount of compensation is pending with the respondent No.2,

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
