Mr Golegaonkar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the validation proceedings are filed before respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 had heard the matter finally on 20.1.2020 and reserved for judgment. The judgment is not pronounced as yet. 2.

The petitioner has passed MBA-CET and would be exploring possibility of admission in the professional course. 3.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions submits that the coram of respondent no.2 - Committee has undergone change and fresh hearing would be required.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 14th September 2020 and advance her arguments. The Committee shall hear the petitioner and decide the proceeding within three weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
