Shri Bhokarikar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the order, which is questioned in the Writ Petition, was passed in Regular Civil Appeal No. 153 of 2011. According to him, the appeal is decided by the judgment and order dated September 8, 2017, and as such, the petition has rendered as in-fructuous. He tenders copy of the judgment and order dated Sept. 8, 2017.
