The petitioners seek execution of the award passed in a reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act and confirmed in appeal. The learned Counsel submits that the appeal filed by the respondents is partly allowed and the order of the Reference Court is modified. 2.

The petitioners can file execution petition and if within a reasonable time the execution is not fructified, then petitioners can approach this Court. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
