2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the order of this Court, the applicant has deposited 50% amount before this Court, hence, requested to stay the judgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in MACP No.42/2016.

2466.22CA 3] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the applicant has deposited the amount as per the order of this Court, the effect and operation of the judgment and order passed in MACP No.42/2016 is stayed, till final disposal of this appeal.
