The dispute is about the payment of fees.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the fees has been paid, but the respondent has withheld the documents, such as transfer certificate and original S.S.C. passed mark sheet.

The learned Counsel for respondents no.3 and 4, on instructions submits that respondents no.3 and 4 would give all the relevant documents to the petitioner subject to right of the respondents no.3 and 4 to recover the amount of unpaid fees from the petitioner through legally available means. 4.

The statement of the learned Counsel for respondents no.3 and 4, upon instructions is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 5.

As undertaken by respondents no.3 and 4, respondents no.3 and 4 shall handover all the relevant documents, i.e. transfer certificate and original S.S.C. passed mark sheet to the petitioner. The said documents shall not be retained on the ground of non-payment of fees. The respondents no.3 and 4

W.P. 6094-2020 may claim the unpaid fees as claimed by them by adhering to the legal process, as may be permissible. In that case, all the contentions of respective parties are kept open.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
