We have heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.P. for respondents / State.

The petitioners seeks modification of the order dated 08.06.2021 in writ petition no.6440 of 2021. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court had protected the petitioners by directing the respondents not to claim recovery pursuant to the impugned communication. However, the internship completion

906-ca-5639-21 certificate is not yet given. The respondents be directed not to withhold the internship completion certificate. 3.

Even otherwise, the petitioner will have to undergo the bond period after completing internship.

In view of that, the order dated 08.06.2021 is modified to the extent that after para 4, the following sentence be added. "The respondents shall not withhold the internship completion certificate only on the ground of non-payment of fees." 5.

Civil application is disposed of.
