Mr.S.S.Thombre learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition and submits that he would raise all these contentions before the Appointing Authority as per liberty granted by this Court in earlier Writ Petition No.1909 of 2014, under order dated 17.04.2014.

In the light of above, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.

The petitioner is at liberty to agitate all
