The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the impugned order in this petition dated 18/05/2018 was also a subject matter of challenge before the learned Single Judge of this Court in the matter of Amar s/o Marutirao Naikwade and 8 others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and 4 others, Writ Petition No. 3596/2018. It is submitted that, by the judgment of this Court dated 31/10/2018, the said order dated 18/05/2018 passed by the learned Minister has been set aside and the matter is remitted to the concerned Ministry for a fresh consideration. He, therefore, submits that this petition is worked out and can be disposed off.

In view of the above, this petition stands disposed off. 3.

Accordingly, this petitioner is relegated to the Honourable State Minister in terms of the reasons set out in paragraph Nos. 217 and 218 of the judgment dated 31/10/2018.
