Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned Counsel appearing for the appellant Insurance Company. I do not see any reason for permitting withdrawal of the amount which has been directed to be invested in the Fixed Deposit Receipt in the name of minors. In so far as applicant nos. 1 and 5 are concerned, they are permitted to withdraw the amount in terms of the award passed by the Tribunal on submitting an undertaking that in the event if any adverse order is passed or the appeal filed by the Insurance Company is allowed, they will re-deposit the amount after passing of such order. Civil Application (No.7248/2016) for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of accordingly. AGP/-
