Heard Ms Ansari, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Perusal of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent No.2 - Shri. Prashant Prabhakarrao Mohol, presently working as

359.18cp (2) Divisional Dairy Development Officer, Aurangabad shows that the order of this Court is duly complied with. The communication dated 10th August, 2019, annexed to the affidavit-in-reply as annexure 'R-3' shows that the petitioner joined the services in the Government Dairy Milk Scheme, Head Office Udgir and joined at Bhoom on 10th August, 2019.

Respondent No.2 has tendered an unconditional apology and submitted that the delay was due to certain administrative difficulties and then submitted that henceforth he would take due care and caution to comply the order of this Court expeditiously.
