DATE : SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 ORDER :- After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the intervenor and learned APP as well, this Court expressed disinclination to grant bail to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, on instructions, came around to withdraw the application with a prayer to grant liberty to move a fresh application after a certain period.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to move a fresh application after a period of six months. Needless to mention, such an application, if any, would be decided on its own merits.
