The Acquiring Body has deposited 50% of the total compensation awarded.

The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount deposited.

Mr.G.B.Rajale, learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection if 90% of the amount deposited is allowed to be withdrawn.

In view of this, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 90% of the amount deposited in the Court, subject to giving an undertaking that the amount will be deposited by the applicants in the Court as and when directed.

Civil Application is disposed of.
