By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner is challenging the legality and validity of the impugned order dated 09.05.2022, passed by the respondent No. 2 i.e. District Co-Operative Election Officer and District Sub Registrar of Co-Operative Societies, including 18 members as list of voters on various grounds by order dated 09.05.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the election programme already issued by respondent No. 2 on 23rd May, 2022, annexed to page No. 105 of this petition. 3.

In view of the election programme already has been

4wp5806.22 declared, no interference is warranted with the election process. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings after declaration of the result.
