The writ petition was dismissed in default by the order of Registrar (Judicial) for failure of the petitioners to remove the office objections within the stipulated time.

By this application, the original petitioners are seeking restoration of the writ petition with a prayer to condone the delay of 795 days.

We have heard both the sides.

The respondent no.4 has been duly served but has not appeared.

Considering the nature of the dispute coupled with the averments in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored, subject to the petitioners depositing the cost of Rs.5,000/- in this Court within four weeks and remove the office objections within that time.
