PER COURT :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Though it is the grievance of the petitioners that the order of this Court dated 11.11.2008 is not complied with and as such, respondents No.1 and 2 have indulged in the act of contempt of this Court, on perusal of the documents placed on record, more particularly copy of the order passed by this Court on 11.11.2008, copy of the petition and the prayers in clauses 'C' and 'F', we are of the clear opinion that, this petition is presented wholly on misreading of the order and is a result of an erroneous impression of the party, as there is no direction issued, of which non-compliance can be claimed by the petitioners.

We see no reason to entertain the petition and as such, the petition being wholly unmeritorious, is dismissed at threshold. ( A. G. GHAROTE, J. ) ( PRASANNA B. VARALE, J. ) vbd
