The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are identically situated with Nitinkumar Badrinath Kale, who has filed Writ Petition No.7022 of 2022, which is decided on 25.07.2022. He prays that an identical order be passed.

The learned AGP and the learned Advocate Mr. Vibhute, have appeared on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The Petitioners have put-forth prayer clause 'A', as under:- "A.

By issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent No.2 CEO, Zilha Parishad Ahmednagar may be directed to hear and decide the representations dated 01.06.2022 (Exh-F Collectively) forwarded by the petitioners for seeking transfer from difficult area to plain area, under couple convenience category, within a period of 3 weeks."

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.2 submits that the representations dated 01.06.2022 would be considered as per the G.R./rules/policies applicable, on or before 30.09.2022.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off.
