It appears that in the year 2000 the S.L.A.O. has awarded the compensation @ Rs.1,15,800/- per hectare, however, the Reference Court has enhanced the compensation at the rate of Rs.60/- per sq. meter.

In view of the above, the applicants-claimants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount on certain conditions. Hence, the following order:-

The civil applications are hereby partly allowed. II.

The applicants-original claimants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount to the extent of 25% out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking and further 25% out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing solvent security/solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
