PER COURT :

Shri Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the acquiring body has deposited 70% of the amount in this Court. He requested that entire amount be paid on undertaking.

Shri Chillarge, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that 50% amount be paid on bank guarantee. 3.

In view of this, out of the deposited amount, 70%

- 2 - amount be paid to the applicants/original claimants on the conditions mentioned below :

a) 30% amount be paid to the applicants on giving undertaking.

b) 30% amount be paid to the applicants on furnishing solvent surety.

c) 10% amount be paid to the applicants on furnishing bank guarantee.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
