Learned Counsel for respondent no.2, on instructions, submits that in view of the order passed by this Court on 7th March, 2017, respondent no.2 will immediately accept the petitioner's resignation and issue appropriate appointment order in favour of the petitioner posting him on the post of Assistant Superintendent either at Jalgaon or at Mohol, District Solapur.

We record the statement and expect from respondent no.2 that appropriate order as aforesaid will be issued as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
