Petitioner

Versus

The State of Maharashtra and others ..

Respondents Shri. Yeramwar, Advocate for Petitioner.

Mrs. A. V. Gondhalekar, A.G.P. for Respondent/State. CORAM : S.V. GANGAPURWALA AND SUNIL K. KOTWAL, JJ.

DATED : 18 th June, 2018 PER COURT:

.

Heard Mr. Yeramwar, learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the order of this court dated 24.04.2015 is not complied. The representation was given. However, the same is not considered.

( 2 ) cp 403.18 2.

The direction was to consider the application for transfer as per the policy dated 18.04.2013. In February - 2017 the policy has undergone change. Even Respondent No. 5 was not Education Officer at the relevant time.

3.

Considering the above, the petitioner can not be given any relief and the Education Officer at the relevant time is not a party. Now the petitioner would be governed by the new transfer policy. The petitioner as permissible in law may take steps in accordance with the policy. Contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
