The petitioner challenges the caste validity. The caste validity certificate is issued to the respondent No. 4. 2.

According to the petitioner, the respondent No. 4 has committed fraud while obtaining the validity certificate from the Committee.

The petitioner may approach the Committee and

The Committee shall go through the application and the documents filed by the petitioner and if is prima facie satisfied that the case of the respondent No. 4 is required to be reopened, then first the Committee shall issue notice to the respondent No. 4 as to why the case should not be reopened and after hearing the petitioner and respondent No. 4 with regard to the aspect of reopening the case, pass order. The same shall be done expeditiously. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
