Mr Yeramwar, learned counsel for petitioner submits that, in the present writ petition, at present, he would not press for any relief against respondents No. 3 and 4. The validation proceeding is pending since 2013. Same is not yet decided. 2.

Considering the fact that, no other relief is pressed by the petitioner, we pass the following order.

ORDER

Respondent No. 2 - Committee shall decide the proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably

2 910WP5288.2018 within a period of six months from today. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29.01.2019 and shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
