The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners / appellants would not seek an adjournment and would render cooperation to the appellate authority / respondent No.2 for the expeditious disposal of Appeal No.44 of 2019. He makes a request that respondent No.5 would not dispose off the property or create third party interest till the appeal is decided.

Considering the date of hearing posted before respondent No.2 on 17.7.2019, the litigating parties would appear before the said authority. They would render cooperation to the said authority for expeditious hearing of the matter and respondent No.2 would decide the said proceedings on its own merits on/or before 30.9.2019. Until then, the property at issue shall not be alienated and no third party interest shall be created.
