The learned counsel submits that petitioner is exploring possibility of admission in the professional course. The validation proceeding is pending since November-2019.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility for admission to the professional course, we pass the following order.

The scrutiny committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding in respect of the

2 wp 6102.20 caste claim of the petitioner preferably by 15.10.2020. The petitioner shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 11.09.2020. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
