In all these matters, the petitioners have raised a grievance that though the Hon'ble Revenue Minister, Department of Revenue and Forest has closed the proceedings bearing Revision Application Nos.150, 152, 151, 149 of 2021 in December, 2021, final orders are not yet passed even after a

( 2 ) wp5948.22 passage of seven months. These petitioners pray that the Hon'ble Minister be directed to hear the parties afresh and deliver an order within 15 days or as the hearing has been concluded, an order may be passed based on the record within 15 days from today.

In view of above and considering the request of the petitioners, these petitions are disposed off with a direction to the Hon'ble Minister to deliver a reasoned order in the pending revision applications filed by each of these petitioners, on or before 30th June, 2022. 03.

In the event of the Hon'ble Minister passing an adverse order against these petitioners, which is likely to dispossess them, such order shall not be implemented for seven days from the date of the order. We expect the Hon'ble Minister to deliver a copy of the order on the day the order is pronounced, to the petitioners and the petitioners shall remain present on the said date at 03.00 p.m. to note the pronouncement.
