Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased a plot under registered instrument of sale. He has applied for mutating his name in the Gram Panchayat record in the year 2012. However, the cognizance is not been taken by the Gram Panchayat.

Ms. Chincholkar, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 on instructions submits that the Gram Panchayat would decide the application of the petitioner.

The Gram Panchayat shall decide the application of the petitioner for mutating his name

(2) 42-wp-5282-2018 in the Namuna No.8 within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
