Delay of 169 days has occurred in filing the present appeal. Though the learned counsel for the original Claimants opposed for condoning the delay stating that no sufficient reasons are assigned for condoning the delay, on perusal of the application filed by the Applicant, it appears to me that the delay has been sufficiently explained. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the present application. Hence, the civil application is allowed. Delay caused of 169 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered in accordance with law. Civil application stands disposed of.
