The learned Counsel for respective parties are in agreement to the following arrangement:

Petitioner to furnish an undertaking in Regular Civil Suit No.593/2012 before the learned trial Court that they shall not alienate or create third party interest or create charge in the suit property to the extent of claim made by the plaintiff in Regular Civil Suit No.593/2012 till the disposal of the suit.

By consent of the parties, the order passed by learned District Judge, Beed in Misc.Civil Appeal No.54 of 2013 on 26th March 2014 is hereby set aside.

As the trial in the suit has already commenced, the hearing of the suit is expedited and the learned Counsel submit that they shall co-operate the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the suit.

The trial Court shall make an endeavour to decide and dispose of the suit within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of this order.
