I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides and the learned AGP at length.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners/Management submits that a bulky rejoinder is filed by the original appellant to the written statement filed by the Management in Appeal No.32/2016. Without a counter affidavit by the Management, the interest of the management would be jeopardized.

Learned Advocate for the original appellant submits that he has no objection if the petitioners/Management files a counter affidavit to the rejoinder filed by him before the School Tribunal . khs/OCT.2018/8954-d

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of and the petitioners are permitted to jointly or individually file their counter affidavit to the rejoinder filed by the appellant on or before 30/11/2018 before the School Tribunal.
