DATED : 27th NOVEMBER, 2018 Order :- Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 4 and 5, on instructions, submits that the respondent- Management would forward the proposal of petitioner to appoint him on compassionate ground keeping in view the policy of the State Government, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from today.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the writ petition with direction that in case, such proposal is submitted by respondents No. 4 and 5 with respondents No. 2 and 3, they shall take decision on said proposal, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
