Per Court :- When this court is not inclined to grant the relief, in favour of the Applicant, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Application. Permission is granted. He submits that trial of Sessions Case be expedited.

[2] Speedy trial is a right of the accused, who is in jail. In that view of the matter, the learned Sessions Judge, Nanded on whose file Sessions Case No.9/2015 is pending, in which present Applicant is one of the accused, is directed to expedite the trial and complete the same, in any case within a period of one year from the receipt of this order.
