This petition challenges the draft plan of ward no. 7, Municipal Council, Paithan.

Similar challenge is rejected by the Division Bench in Writ Petition No. 6765/2022 and connected matters. Said decision is consistently followed by the learned Single Judges of this Court.

Since the issue raised in the present petition is squarely covered by above decision wherein it is held that writ petition raising similar challenge is not maintainable, writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
