Present application is for condonation of delay. The applicants intend to challenge the order passed by this Court on 08.02.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.1042 of 2024. It appears from the application that applicants have consumed the time before Hon'ble Supreme Court in

1073_CA_11518_2025 Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).5139 of 2024 and by order dated 15.04.2024 Hon'ble Supreme Court gave permission to the applicants to withdraw the petition before the said Court in order to get a clarification from this Court. Under such circumstance, there is a reasonable ground for condoning the delay. The delay stands condoned. Registry to verify and number the review application.
