The learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India has filed an affidavit in reply alongwith annexures (1 to 98 pages). 2.

We have heard the learned Senior Advocate on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, the Petitioner- party in person, the learned AGP and the learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India. 3.

The Petitioner submits after a marathon hearing that he desires to withdraw this Petition and avail of the statutory remedy that is permissible in law. He would also consider whether he could approach the Grievance Officer for reporting his grievance on the Godaddy website.
