Petitioners assail the transfer orders. We are not inclined to consider the case of the petitioners on merits. 3.

Mr. Murkute, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given proposals / representations with regard to their transfers to respondent no. 2. 4.

In case the proposals / representations are pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall take decision on the proposals / representations of the petitioners on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy and preferably within six

(6) weeks.
