The petitioner appeared for H.S.C. examination in the year 2008 and is shown to have been failed in three subjects. A proposal tendered after lapse of eight years, has been rightly turned down by the H.S.C. board relying upon Rule No.102 which prescribes limitation for recording correction of six months.

There is absolutely no explanation as to why the proposal has been moved after lapse of eight years. The request made by the

No interference is called for in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction by this court under Article 226 of Constitution of India. 4.
