The affidavit-in-reply to the petition, has been presented on behalf of respondents Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, and in paragraph No.12 of the said reply it is stated that, the Zilla Parishad has complied with the order passed by this Court and has already sanctioned pension claim of the petitioner on 11-07-2017. The pension order has been issued considering the post held by the petitioner as a 'Civil Engineering Assistant'.

It is further informed that, all the benefits recorded in the order

2 CP 343-2017 dated 10/11-07-2017 have been already extended to the petitioner. The petitioner claims that, the benefits towards group insurance and leave encashment has not been received by him. 3.

It would be open for the petitioner to approach the concerned authority and the concerned authority i.e. the Chief Executive Engineer Zilla parishad shall consider the claim of the petitioner in that regard, in accordance with the relevant rules. 4.

Contempt petition stands disposed of. Notice issued earlier stands discharged.
