DATE : 9th August, 2021 P.C.:- Learned counsel Shri Dighe for the petitioner states that during the pendency of this petition, certain developments have taken place which he wants to bring them on record. He submits that Government has appointed custodian in the applicant-bank. This amendment has been necessitated because of the subsequent development. Learned counsel Shri Dhorde for the respondent no.1 does not dispute this position but contends that this amendment is not at all necessary for the just decision of the case. 2.

Since this is a subsequent development, I am inclined to allow the amendment. Amendment is allowed. Civil Application stands disposed of.
